In-the-know beauty junkies: Want to create a look that's new, dramatic, unique, and cool? Here are five must-try makeup trends from the spring runway shows. ![]() Rocker Chic Secretly, you've always liked Jenny Humphrey’s look but knew it wasn't appropriate for everyday life (even if she looked that way during the daytime). Just make sure your smoky eyes have an edgy rocker dress and rebellious attitude to match; otherwise, you'll be clashing styles. ![]() Bright Lips Your famous pucker is your calling card. Whether you’re going for playful or dramatic, emphasize those lips with a bright color. Choose a red, pink, or coral. This season, Cover Girl and Max Factor did bright shades for Miu Miu, and MAC created bold orange lips for Proenza Schouler. ![]() The Clean Shimmer This look is sheer awesomeness. Bobbi Brown pulled it off at the Erin Fetherston show by moisturizing the models so their skin would look dewy. Then she added sparkly eye shadows and natural-looking lip glosses. The Nude Lip MAC did nude-colored lips for Rebecca Taylor, Reem Acra, Halston, and Miss Sixty. We also saw nude lips at Calvin Klein, Versace, Dolce&Gabbana, and a ton of others. But one the thing about pulling this off: You don’t want to look like you completely forgot your lipstick at home. So don’t go bare, wearing no makeup at all. Just get a neutral shade and “go nude.” ![]() Metallics The Vera Wang show featured light metallic eyes while Gucci emphasized shiny blue shadow. If you're all about gold, glam, and glitz, get a hold of some iridescent powders -- you can blend up to three different colors on one eyelid. Or use an eyeliner, like one of Urban Decay's brand-new heavy metal glitter liners. It’s all about having fun experimenting with color!
